Day One

I have decided to set a fitness goal for my workouts

this being training for a triathalon, even though I will have to build up the courage to 

actually enter in one, my goal for the next 6months is to train and be confident enough to actually register my lazyass into one. 

Finding a Triathalon to aim for:

Is harder then it looks…difference in terrain, time, weather conditions

I think I might have bit off more than I can chew. 

2010 SheROX Triathalons run throughout the year all over the states…

here is the mission….

I will in 6 months be ready to compete in a MINI triathalon 

SheROX 2011 Triathalon series 

Day One:

Rode 60km:

My ass is numb 

My back is burnt (yes me….burned….boo)

Rode the Forumla 1 track in Montreal

then rode from Jean Drapeau to Sainte Catherine 

this is a trail through the middle of the river

Beautiful ride

Legs burned 50km in

I hate riding into the wind over bridges 

Day Two

Ran 5km:

My “Rockstar Playlist” on my ipod touch saves me everytime I run

Waka Waka is my favorite tune to jam to at the moment (jam = run really fast until I’m beat red and tired)

Legs felt good considering my ride previously

breathing was interesting
