Day Seven

So to tell you the truth … if my dad didn’t bug me today about training I probably would have either procrastinated today or skipped it all together…

Thankfully I went and it was definitely worth it. 

Took it easy today… was definitely having some breathing issues…

Did my regular run today and added in another extra circuit to it.

Ran by the Lebanese BBQ restaurant and for some reason it smelt yummier today then usual… definitely made my mouth water. 

Perfect day for running sun was shining and only a little breeze….I’m in heaven…minus the non-breathing issue. It’s weird the second Sean and Jon and the NLS Team Alberta leave … the sun comes back :P
